Thought we were upgrading for a "nice" stay our last night in Jasper by booking a room here, instead of the motel we had been at. Big Mistake. The motel was nicer. This old dive is NOT worth the price, it is not worth staying here. The pictures we found on the web looked much nicer than the real thing,... more

This is a great hotel. The rooms are a good size with really comfy beds and are very clean. If you're from North America, you'll probably think it's pretty basic and not that big. If you're from Europe you'll think the rooms are very spacious and it's above average for the money! The view from our room was incredible. We... more

stayed for two nights and when we arrived we were abit worried as the place looked like an old pub. check in and out were easy and justin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were actually not to bad and had views of the park across the road and the mountains, they were also quiet.... more

Stayed 2 nights mid-August. Fairly basic hotel like most of Jasper. No car so parking wasn't an issue but the car park is small. Room was fine apart from useless A/C which wasn't really needed. Location of room is key! We were above the main road which wasn't too bad as long as we kept the windows shut! Others were... more

no, no, no - dont stay here - too expensive for what you get - we paid $230 for a 'recently restored' room - admittedly, the room was okay, but overall the hotel is well worn and tacky... the staff was unresponsive to even a pleasant 'good evening' - i stood there several times for many minutes while they were... more

Jasper doesn't seem to offer good value to its travellers and this hotel charged top dollar for its rooms but this seems to match the local market. A small bonus of this place is the two open air hot tubs on its roof with mountain views. The whole hotel looks a little dated but our room was in good condition... more

We booked the large "suite" for our family stay and got a large room with king size bed and a pull-out but for $364 for one night. The price didn't include breakfast. When we arrived, the room was very hot, so we switched on the air-con and then it stank instead - the air con needs a service I think.... more

We recently spent 2 nights at this hotel in Jasper towards the end of July. We felt that the hotel was very overpriced - we had stayed in other lovely hotels as part of this vacation - Four Seasons in Whistler, Fairmont Vancouver, Foxs Hotel Banff - and this was the first time that we actually double checked the bill... more

We didn't need a place with the most modern and up to date decor, just somewhere comfortable and clean to spend a couple of nights while we did a bit of sightseeing, so we were very happy with our accomodation in Jasper. The room and bathroom were both of a good size, and it was good to have a window... more

Hotel right in the centre of Jasper opposite rail station - great for a train spotter! The public areas were dingy and the staff functional - just. The bedroom was OK, good size, had everything, but for a renovated room, dull. Quite expensive for type of hotel, but Jasper seems to be. more
