This hotel has the facilities to be really nice but it is badly run and very disappointing. The rooms are dirty, the kitchens have no natural light or ventilation and hence the whole room smells. After decending to the lower floor we passed trolleys of laundry to get to our dungeon room. The windows did not open but the hotel without airconditioning had thoughtfully supplied 2 fans which were needed to cool the room. The hotel has far too many tour parties spending one night for guest to complain about the poor service. more
